Ascension Counseling Services is a growing behavioral health practice founded on the belief that mental health care should be accessible, compassionate, empowering, and individualized.

Our clinicians provide evidence-based, client-centered care for a variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, substance use, life transitions, and other mental health needs. Our team utilizes a variety of therapeutic approaches, allowing clinicians to bring their individual strengths, specialties, and clinical interests into their work.

Your Role on Our Team
As Part of Our Team, You Will:
- Provide individual, couples, and family counseling in a supportive private practice setting.
- Complete comprehensive assessments and develop individualized, client-centered treatment plans.
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches that align with your training and clinical strengths, including modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, IFS, and others.
- Maintain timely, accurate, and confidential clinical documentation in accordance with professional and ethical standards.
- Collaborate with colleagues through consultation, case staffing, and shared clinical support.
- Participate in supervision, training, and professional development opportunities designed to support ongoing clinical growth.
- Contribute to a positive, respectful, and team-oriented workplace culture.
